Bowen Immigration & Services considers communication with its clients and stakeholders very seriously and adhere to very strict industry ethics for all communication.

When you visit the website of Bowen Immigration & Services or send e-mails, WhatsApp or text us, you are communicating with us electronically and thereby agree and consent to receive communications from us electronically. As a company Bowen Immigration & Services prefer to communicate via the telephone, and emails, but will facilitate and other forms of online medium where necessary. The company expects and prefers our clients to reciprocate and use the preferred medium of communication wherever possible. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Please note that all communication sent to Bowen Immigration & Services shall be treated as confidential and will not be shared with any outside entities unless authorized by you the Client or without the prior written acknowledgement of the Client/Stakeholder.

Please understand that emails and telephone communications could be monitored and administered by different members within the organization. It is the policy of Bowen Immigration & Services to inform where possible, however all clients understand and agree to this policy as part of their acceptance of their signed retainer agreement.

Bowen Immigration & Services staff endeavor to return all email messages within two (2) business days from the date that the message was originally sent. Business days are considered Monday to Friday of each week and will not include weekends, company, or statutory holidays.
