We provide immigration consulting and representation services to individuals and businesses seeking to immigrate to Canada. Our services include, but are not limited to, assessment of eligibility, preparation and submission of applications, communication with immigration authorities, and representation at hearings or interviews.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to us. You are also responsible for cooperating with us in the preparation and submission of your application. Failure to do so may result in delays or denial of your application.

4. Fees and Payment

Our fees for services are outlined in our engagement agreement. You are responsible for paying all fees in a timely manner. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of our services.

5. Confidentiality

We will keep your personal and confidential information confidential, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will use our best efforts to provide you with competent and professional services. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of your immigration application. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Termination

You may terminate our services at any time by providing written notice. We may also terminate our services if you fail to comply with these Terms or if we are unable to continue providing services for any reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

9. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through negotiation or, if negotiation fails, through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
