Step-By-Step Application Process Followed At Bowen Immigration & Services:

Step 1: Initial Phone Consultation

Book a brief 10-minute call (free). We aim to answer specific questions about your case. This session will set the pace for the dedicated 1-on-1 consultation. Choose your preferred date and time below.

Step 2: Dedicated 1-on-1 Consultation

This is a detailed 60-minute-long conversation where we will explore the best pathway and the next steps for you to achieve your dreams of studying, working, and living in Canada. Choose your preferred date and time below.

Step 3: Retainer Agreement

After the 1-on-1 consultation, the next step (service) is decided. Our team will share the retainer agreement with you to be duly signed and emailed back to us. This is also the time when the fee payment will be required. You can also request a payment plan.

Step 4: Send Documents

After retaining Bowen Immigration & Services as your official immigration arm, you will be required to share all documents as requested by our team within 30 days of signing the retainer.

Step 5: Application In Progress

Once you have sent ALL requested documents, you along with our expert RCICs will create the application meticulously. Updates will continuously be sent to the dedicated WhatsApp group prepared for you.

Step 6: Application Review

After the application is prepared, our Senior RCIC IRB will examine the complete application and the supporting documents. As per their examination, you might be contacted directly by them if something is not at par or needs to be added. Your swift action would be required at this stage.

Step 7: Confirmation of Submission

After being satisfied with the application and supporting documents our office will submit your application to IRCC. You will receive an email for the same. The office will maintain communications with your over email based on the updates from IRCC.

Step 8: IRCC Processing Times

Different application types have different processing times as mentioned on the IRCC website. Kindly click the button below to check the processing times. Please note, based on our prior experience we advise you to leave some extra slack in time as the processing times indicated on the IRCC website might not be a hundred percent accurate.

Step 9: Biometrics Request

Based on your application type IRCC might request biometrics. Our office will email you in this case. You would hence be required to follow the steps as outlined in the biometrics request letter sent by IRCC.

Step 10: IRCC Decision

After the application has been submitted in full and all requirements are complied with we wait for the decision from IRCC. 

Step 11: Passport Request

Congratulations, the movement we all were waiting for. The passport request will be received when your visa is approved by IRCC.
